Large rooms with very good mattresses, neither too soft nor too hard. The access to the roof garden on the same floor was a plus. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The breakfast included in the price of the room had a big selection with everything you would need or wish. A pet-friendly hotel with green areas around the hotel, including a park. Shops nearby with a supermarket, and a shoe & clothing shop. 10-15 minutes by car or taxi to the city center. For us it was a perfect choice. Excellent services and value.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The staff were outstanding—extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and met all our needs for the night. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we required for a good stay. Breakfast was also a highlight, providing a great start to our day. Additionally, parking was very convenient, with ample space available, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. We were pleased to find that the hotel was truly pet-friendly, allowing us to use all the facilities with our pet. This made our stay even more enjoyable, as we didn’t have to worry about any restrictions. In summary, this hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities. The fact that it’s pet-friendly is a big plus. We would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and easy stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff members, i forgot my UK adapter, and they let me borrow one. The room and bathroom was clean, room had aircon and hangers A big thank you to the breakfast staff and the front desk staff.

I came to Turin for a business trip and the location was perfect for me (10 minutes on foot to the needed place). The room was very clean, breakfasts were good. You can order a cappuccino or a coffee from the bar for free - a perfect way to start your morning! Staff were kind and helpful. We had a night train, so they let us leave the luggage and pick it up later.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, free car parking on site. Very good value for money. Bonus: 3 mins walk from hotel was a huge supermarket (conad) stocked with everything a traveller could want including great food for breakfast/lunch/dinner

A lovely modern hotel. The room was a delight to relax in after a long day out site-seeing. The restaurant food was exceptional, so we dined there two nights.Breakfast was adequate, seemingly lots to choose from but could have had more fruit options and better cooked variety.

It had all we needed for a overnight stay in Turin. they offer paid parking but there is a fair amount of free parking g on the road outside. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection of mainly continental foods. The Staff at Reception and the Restaurant were very helpful and welcoming. Good location 10 mins on the bus to the centre - 72 bus stop just outside hotel.

Excellent hotel and what really added to it was the really helpful and friendly reception team. In particular Anna was very helpful with local advice and information that really added to our stay. An excellent member of the team and her assistance was much appreciated.

The receptionist: Melissa was amazing. She helped us a lot due to the fact we had a disabled child. Gave us the room with disabled toilet and she was very efficient and quick . Well done and thank you. The bed was huge and very conformable. Room was very clean .
